The 11th European Development Fund Technical Cooperation Facility programme for St. Vincent and the Grenadines will be operationalised through a programme estimate. The TCF component of the programme estimate will provide technical assistance to the focal sector (Transport).The TCF will provide short and long-term technical assistance, training, policy advice and studies as needed in the programming, preparation and implementation of actions.
