The Private Sector Development Programme was funded by the European Union under STABEX 96/97 with an amount of € 1, 000,000. The programme was aimed at creating a sustainable enabling business environment, which would provide the opportunity for the private sector to promote and develop the capacity for economic competitiveness.
The project had the following components:
Business Support and Development Services and Training and Institutional Development
Improving the Enabling Environment for Business
Establishment of a National Contact Centre
Increase Awareness of SVG as an investment location
The Private Sector Development Programme ended on July 22, 2009.
